Requirements:
Must have a valid business license and a physical retail (brick-and-mortar) location or an approved e-commerce website.
Minimum Opening Order: $1,000
Minimum Re-order: $500

Requirements:
All Authorized Retailer requirements.
Minimum Quarterly Spend: $7,500
Premium in-store placement and/or a dedicated brand section on your e-commerce site.
Must carry at least 75% of our available product SKUs.

4. How to Apply
Becoming a partner is a straightforward process:
Submit Application: Fill out the official reseller application form at treehighcloudz.com/wholesale. You will need to provide your business information, license/permit numbers, and website/social media links.
Application Review: Our team will review your application to ensure it aligns with our brand values and requirements (typically within 3-5 business days).
Approval & Onboarding: Once approved, you will receive a welcome email containing our full product catalog, pricing sheet, and instructions for placing your first order.
Place Your Opening Order: Work with our team to place your initial order and receive your digital asset pack to begin marketing.
5. Brand Integrity & Terms
To protect our brand and all our retail partners, all resellers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. Resellers may not advertise or promote TreeHighCloudz products below the established MAP. This ensures fair competition and protects the premium value of the brand. A full copy of the MAP policy will be provided upon approval.
